Ingredients:
2 cups diced chicken
3/4 cup Texas Pete Buffalo sauce
2 8oz packages cream cheese
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
(1 cup of shredded monterrey jack cheese)
1 cup ranch dressing.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Spread packages of cream cheese into the bottom of a 9x13in pan.
3. Mix the chicken, cheese, ranch, and buffalo sauce into a large bowl.
4. Pour on top of cream cheese layer and spread until even.
5. Cook for 30 minutes.
6. Use a paper towel to dab grease off the top.
7. Serve with Tostitos scoops and Frozen Margaritas.
